EVERSIO.Fortnite swoops in!

aaa

We are finally in on the hype! Project Eversio is proud to announce a new squad for the most popular videogame on the planet: Welcome home, EVERSIO.Fortnite!

We've previously held a PUBG team, which quickly rose to become the local championship winners, and as the Battle Royale phenomenon persists, it was vital for the organisation to keep a presence in this genre. That is why our new partnership with the Fortnite squad formerly known as Team Paradox, who sit at the very zenith of leaderboard rankings for the PC version of the game in Malta.

Our new squad is made up of four young but dedicated players, and whilst all of the players have only been playing the game for around five months now, they've competed together in other games in the past, in League of Legends and Rocket League, with the players having been somewhat successful in both.

The quartet however have seemingly found the right game for them in Fortnite, and have been dominating in the local scene, having placed first in the Quickfire Nova Series #2, as well as two Quickfire Weekend Cups, and they're hungry to achieve more, both locally and internationally.

Moving onto the players themselves:

Dean "Frag" Ciantar is the captain and in-game leader of the team. A League of Legends veteran, formerly playing for Team Legacy, TTN and Team Paradox, Dean placed 2nd in the last local LoL tournament, the Malta Esports Festival 2017, and third in the penultimate tournament, the Quickfire Nova Series #1. Since January 2018, Fortnite has been Dean's competitive game of choice, though he has also dabbled in Battalion 1944. Dean has led his team to victory in the first local Fortnite competition, the Quickfire Nova Series #2, and has also won two Weekend Cups organised by the same Quickfire. Frag streams regularly.

James "fireduck" Ducker and Matthew "Pullu" Pulis are our shotgun and sniper specialists, respectively. Both players formerly played League of Legends with team captain Frag as part of Team Paradox, TTN and Team Legacy, and their synergy is an asset not to be underestimated. Pullu is also a regular streamer over on his channel

Last but not least, Charlot "Cataniia" Catania fills in the last spot. Catania started playing Fortnite back in January 2018, as part of the Team Paradox Fortnite squad together with Dean, James and Matthew. Previously he was a competitive Rocket League player.

The squad already have a strong weekly practice regime, scrimming with other European squads, and look forward to competing, as the game becomes more 'esports ready'!

Please give a warm welcome to EVERSIO.Fortnite!
