Over the past few weeks, our Overwatch squad has been participating in the MRO Overwatch Open, a tournament organised by Gamers.com.mt with an online and offline segment. The qualifiers to the event started off on the 23rd of February 2017, featuring seven local teams, and the final few matches of the playoffs will be held between the 24th/25th of March in front of a live audience and during the Malta Robotics Olympiad at the MFCC in Ta' Qali. The qualifiers were in the form of a round robin, and the playoffs are double elimination brackets.

*UPDATE*: Project EVERSIO had a good run in the lower brackets, defeating Entropy and Underdogs without dropping a map, however they fell to the powerhouse that is EvH in the loser bracket final, who would go on to win the event. Project EVERSIO placed an overall third! Well played to all!
